A nice ending to a nice series (for this couple anyway). I saw someone else's review describe these as Regency m/m romances, which perhaps explains why I'm only 'eh' about them. They're well-written, I liked them and all, but nothing that really blew me away. Murdo shaped up nicely in the end, even if he was a little Jekyll and Hyde from time to time here, depending on who he was dealing with, and I still really like David. I'm glad to see a happy ending for them (however far-fetched and implausible it was) and especially for Elizabeth. I would've like a sentence or two about Elizabeth's sister and brother-in-law at the end to see how they're fairing, but it wasn't crucial.
I don't think I'll be continuing with this series after this point though. As I said, Regency romances are just not my thing. This was just too light and too tidy from what I was hoping it'd be.
